Welcome to Acton Country
Acton, California is a Western themed equestrian community that attracts people who value a semi-rural lifestyle, away from the high density and congestion of city or suburban living. Acton Park which is about two miles away from our mobilehome park offers a variety of summer activities, picnic areas, sports opportunities such as baseball and basketball, and a walking/running track. And last but not least, like much of small-town America, our 4th of July parade is Acton’s major event of the year with festivities, fly-overs and an amazing turnout of the community.

All Ages
Acton Country Mobilehome Park is an all age community and does not have any adult age restrictions.
Resident Owned
As an owner occupied community, a sense of pride of ownership and good maintenance exists.
Lot Size
Our lots are significantly larger than those found in other mobilehome parks. The benefit to the mobilehome owner is greater privacy than found in other parks, as well as the opportunity to plant a garden, have a nice private patio or just enjoy the outdoors.
Pet Policy
Our residents may have up to two pets. All of the backyards are chain-link fenced for pet security.
Common Areas
We offer spacious, well-kept lawns, a playground for the kids and a half-court basketball court.
Scenery & Views
The sunrises and sunsets in Acton are truly spectacular as are the views of the mountains that encircle our town.
RV Parking
We offer RV parking in our secure storage lot on premises.
Laundry Facilities
Coin operated laundry machines are available for any residents that need them.
