Do you have any mobilehome rental units?
No, we are an owner occupied, all ages mobilehome park. All of our mobilehomes are owned by the residents.
What is the monthly space rent?
Monthly space rent may vary, please call for details. Water is metered at each residence and billed monthly. Septic/Trash charges are $36 per month.
Do you allow pets?
We have a two pet maximum. Most of the backyards are completely enclosed by chain-link fencing to provide a secure area for dogs. We prohibit Pitbulls and Rottweilers.
Do you have recreational vehicle storage?
We provide RV storage in our secure on-site storage lot.
What is the parking policy?
The carports accommodate two or three cars. There is no parking in the fire lanes. We provide ample guest parking.
Do you accept co-signers?
No, we do not accept co-signers on resident applications.
